Terms.

These terms cover your use of games, apps, and services published by LittleBig Widgets ("we", "us"), including this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them — we'll be sad, but we'll understand.
1. Who we are
LittleBig Widgets is an independent software studio. Contact: support@littlebigwidgets.com.
2. Your license to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for your own enjoyment, subject to the store terms of Google Play or the Apple App Store where you got them. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them.
3. LittleBig ID accounts
- Accounts are optional; our games are playable as a guest.
- You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure.
- We may suspend accounts used to cheat, exploit, or abuse our services or other players.
- You can delete your account at any time via our deletion page.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases (such as Premium Unlock) are processed by the app stores under their payment terms and refund policies. Purchases unlock features in the app; they are not currency, investments, or transferable goods.
5. Fair play
Don't use bots, exploits, or modified clients; don't interfere with our services or other players. Leaderboards and challenges exist because they're fun — cheating makes them not fun, and we will remove cheated scores.
6. Our content
All game content, art, code, names, and branding are owned by LittleBig Widgets or our licensors. "LittleBig Widgets" and our game titles may not be used commercially without permission (press use is fine — see our press kit).
7. Warranty & liability
Our apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes and termination
We may update apps, discontinue services, or amend these terms. Material changes get a new effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where mandatory consumer law applies; otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LittleBig Widgets operates.
